It was too girly.
I was a tomboy growing up
and climbed trees and ran races in college.
Only after I graduated from GC
and started real jobs
did I gain an appreciation for
the color pink.
It is pretty.
And it looks nice with my skin.
I am wearing a pink shirt today,
in case you wondered.
